Service fees
Standard appointment
Standard 50-minute appointments are charged at $245

All appointments are inclusive of 10 minutes for note taking after your session (for a total of 60 minutes). If additional time is required such as letters, reports, correspondence, a pro rata charge will apply for the time used.
Medicare rebates
Medicare rebate: $96.65
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate on the standard appointment fee.
If you would like to use a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), you must obtain a referral from your GP prior to your appointment.
Ensuring you have a valid referral is your responsibility.

Rebates are only applicable to sessions attended and are not applicable for late cancellations or report/letter writing outside of telehealth appointments. These will be charged at the full standard rate.
NDIS appointments
Fees as per NDIS price guide for Tasmania (practitioner location).
While Wonderfully Wired Psychology is not NDIS registered, I can provide services to plan-managed or self-managed NDIS participants.
Cancellations
Things happen and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please reach out to us as soon as possible to let me know.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged at a full session fee (please note, in the case of Medicare appointments no rebate is available for late cancellation). While I completely understand things happen I am a small business and want to be able to continue to support clients in the future.
If you do not attend your appointment, I will attempt to contact you by phone or text message in the first 15 minutes of your appointment. If I am unable to reach you at this time, I will consider this appointment a no-show and you will be charged a session fee.

Clients who have outstanding invoices (including late cancellation/no show fees) will need to pay the balance prior to their next session.

Fee structure is reviewed every 6 months and may change.
Clients will be informed of any changes prior to any fee variations being implemented.
