What to expect...
Communication preference
Email or written enquiry is my preferred method of communication outside of sessions.
As a sole trader I manage all of my own admin and enquiries and all clinical conversations incur fees.
Due to my limited time/capacity, busy workload, and so that I can support you in the most financially beneficial way, please submit a written enquiry/email first.
If a brief phone conversation is more suitable I will arrange a time with you from there.
Response time
Depending on my capacity/spoons it may take me some time to respond but I will endeavour to keep you updated where possible.

Please allow 2 weeks for me to read your enquiry before chasing up.
Urgent support
I am unable to provide crisis support and do not monitor email/phone outside of business hours.
